I had never reserved a limo before and had only the barest idea of what I wanted to set up--Benjamin McQueen was my contact, and he helped me with all the details of arranging an evening of limo service. He patiently answered all my questions, suggested options, and gave me the benefit of his experience in settling the details of the evening. I received confirmation of all my details, and on the evening of the event, the car arrived early and was exactly as promised, down to the special requests I had made. The driver, Lloyd, was courteous, funny, and truly patient. He put me at my ease and complimented me and my female friends in the most gentlemanly, courtly manner, putting us in the perfect mood to surprise my boyfriend. Lloyd treated the birthday boy like a king, and got him laughing and revved up for his evening. We hit unbelievably awful traffic, due to a combination of road work and bad weather, but Lloyd kept us calm, suggested we move our reservation a bit later, and got us to dinner perfectly on time, never once wavering from his zen-like calm. Afterward, Lloyd arrived to pick us up at the exact instant we exited the restaurant, and gave us a relaxing ride home. We got a CD stuck in the player, and Lloyd promised to have someone free it and get it back to me. I thought I would have to make arrangements to go pick it up, but instead Mr. McQueen took the time to drop it off at my house when he was in the area shortly thereafter. Everyone at Right Hand Sun went out of their way to assure that our experience met or exceeded expectations in all areas. I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job you did.
